Alternative Prosperity is a people centered business.
We appoint people with skill, productivity and purpose – and cherish their uniqueness and diversity. We create an environment in which people can develop expertise, independent thinking and live as whole individuals.
Alternative Prosperity adheres to proper governance structures as is appropriate for our business. The ethos of the organisation is however to embrace new thinking in our organisational structure. One of the examples is a flat role based structure, as opposed to a hierarchical structure. This allows for self-managed teams to flourish within the culture underscored by our collective values.
In all of this we are guided by our values.
